My mission is to get everyone to recognize their own unique gifts and abilities, and those of the people around them. People want to be seen, heard, and understood. If you understand me, then I don’t have to apologize for my shortcomings and vice versa. I believe that everyone is here to do something and we are all connected in what is often referred to as the butterfly effect—we just have to know how we all fit so we can work together effectively. Knowing where you fit is empoweringmy philosophy and tools free people so they DO know – why others do not act, feel or behave as they do. And when you feel empowered, you are unstoppable.

So to become empowered, experience more success, happiness and flow in your life, and learn how to get what you want from anyone, start learning The Conflict Code.

In The Conflict Code, I’m not going to “shrink” you out of conflict. Oh no. I’m going to help you understand it so that you can put it to work for YOU. And more than that to help you understand your purpose. What you were meant to do. Because the fact is, the frustration and pain you feel is the direct result of an unaddressed, un-leveraged conflict. It doesn’t make you flawed. But without seeing it and using it properly, you end up in the wrong job, the wrong business, the wrong career—and even the wrong life. I have used my method with thousands of people who are now experiencing more happiness, success and abundance in all areas of their lives. Their lives have turned around because my method WORKS. It draws on six different assessments taken from human psychology, organizational psychology, human behavior and others—and cross-references them for accuracy and commonalities. The assessments are done in a specific order, because of how you grow, learn and evolve as a person. And they have different codes—including letters, colors and symbols, to make remembering the personality key code easy and FUN!

For example, you’ll find out if your learning style is visual, auditory or kinesthetic (tactile). Then you will learn about your motivation color code: learning about your core “Why” that motivates you to do what you do. For instance, the color red indicates power leadership; purple signifies emotional leadership, and so on. You’ll then get deeper with your animal shadow to understand your unique characteristics.
