No one, but no one likes change. But it comes at you like a speeding bullet, and sometimes you simply cannot duck it!  It is not the nature of us to embrace change because we adapt to consistency. And this consistency makes us feel "safe" because it is what we are used to. But things are changing fast.

Whether you are keeping up with the fast changes of social media, of what is current, fading or exploding on your computer screen...you need to know how it can help you professionally and personally.
Whether you have change in your life personally, it can easily affect you at work. Because we tend to bring with us to work, what has affected us at home or what has affected us at work, affects us at home.
The subconscious frequently becomes challenged when this takes place, because it does not like its comfort zone being changed. What is called the critical factor of the brain becomes affected and is protective of what is taking place. Initially, a conflict will addressed in a cautious way, until it senses a feel of normalcy....but this can take a minimun of 21 to 30 days; due to the level of the change and how relevant it is on a daily basis.
Writing down this 'change" can be a catharsis that will be more readily accepted, until the repetition has set in and the adaptation has taken place.
We can become a "chameleon" but sometimes these "color changes" can take longer than tolerable in a work environment. Challenge yourself to adapt, to grow, to improve, to listen....and to change willingly.
